A complete service restores your watch to factory standards, which includes servicing the mechanism itself, cleaning and polishing of the case, and the replacement of gaskets for water resistance.

The bracelet and the strap must be adjusted to ensure a perfect fit on the wrist. Our watchmakers are able to size bracelets and straps, and to also replace straps if they are worn.

Our watchmakers are equipped to run water resistance testing on watches, ensuring that your watch can withstand the rigours of daily wear.

Batteries are at the heart of quartz watches, and our watchmakers are fully equipped to replace batteries, and test the functionality of quartz watches.

A maintenance service focuses on regulating the timekeeping of the watch, and ensuring the case is clean, and water resistant. If the watch runs on batteries, they will be replaced for new ones.

At the end of a service, our watchmakers are able to ultrasonically clean the case and bracelet of a watch, getting rid of dirt in hard to reach places. Polishing is also available, to remove marks and scratches from your watch.
